Edgewater Custom Pools: The experience overall with the process of building the pool has been positive. From picking the details, to the workers, to the finished product itself it has all been enjoyable and smooth. Dan has been very accommodating with our work schedule. Also Dan has been great with communicating via phone and email by responding within an appropriate time. This is the first time going through this process for us; and Dan and the rest of the staff was able to go through the process step by step with us. Picking out materials was a little difficult because it’s hard to imagine all the tiling and specific detail without seeing it as a whole: however, Dan was able to provide samples and examples of different pools, which made it easier for us to visualize the small detail as a whole. Also picking out the plants was, at first, very overwhelming because we had no idea what kind of trees or plants would look nice, be appropriate, or would work well with the type of landscape we have. Dan was able to walk through the nursery and show us plants that fit in to our description of what we would want and show us other plants that would complement the plants we chose. Working with Dan made the process less tedious and overwhelming and more enjoyable and exciting. After the pool was finished they walked us through the whole backyard and they were able to accommodate any changes that we may have wanted to change and they were able to fix all of it within a timely manner. Once that was completed, they came back to educate us on all the pumps and heater. The representative, Marco, that came out to show us the workings of the pumps was professional and patient. Marco showed us everything about the pool we would need to know at our pace. We felt like he took his time and elaborated anything we were unable to understand completely. He made the process easy going and clear to understand. In the end we enjoyed the process and end product of the pool with the help of Dan and the staff at Edgewater. I would highly recommend this company to friends, family and anyone else that would want a positive experience, when building their pool.
